some of you guys may be heading or already in the mid of partying. and here i am all alone today on this historical date. at first i thought wanna go out for drinks alone and try whatever. but on an another thought i am still down with what had happened recently. how dare he do this to me. now leave me alone...

i will be out of the city from tomorrow anyway ― far out. reason: clearing my annual leaves. i might be joining my family until wednesday or thursday. there's no proper planning of what i am gonna do for the rest of the week actually. anyone need company? this mind and souls prefer a place that's really out of place i.e. no hustle and bustle. whatever holla me.

malware detected!

to you, you, you and yes, you! all you IT and html experts, i really need your help. i tweet about my problems the other day. unfortunately no one seems to realize it huhuu...

i only knew recently that my blog site appears to host malware. it is a software designed to secretly access a computer system without the owner's informed consent. when you tried to access to the blog with malware (i.e. mine), you will be warned by mr google that visiting the site may harm and can infect your computer!... duh!

OMG! why is this happening to me when the year is almost over. and that i am afraid my sponsored post will be rejected since they can't view the page easily like before.

anyone care to help me purrr-leassseeeee... do email me. your sweet kindness in helping me is mostly appreciated.

when i saw the message left by 'MyBeauty' in my chat box, i wonder whether he/she is a truthful people that really knows of what is the meaning of 'dude'(?)... hah! i doubt that although you stumbled in to my blog for the first time, i am very sure that you could guess the blog owned by a female. i don't think it looks masculine enough to show that this blog belongs to a man! or else he/she was a hacker! i don't even dare to click on the link provided ☹

so here's the interpretation of 'dude' as per AudioEnglish.net :

babe is a very loosely used word these days. i get called "babe" and "baby" by guys AND girls that i am friends with.

i will admit i don't like it when somebody i don't know calls me by these names. but for friends it is fine.

clean water for a healthy world

i was told that 4000 children die each day due to illnesses from lack of clean drinking water.

so to make sure the water you drink is clean and safe, the most important thing is don’t drink water straight from lakes, rivers, streams, or springs. there's a whole range of things. there's certainly a bunch of parasites or some people call them protozoans. there's bacteria, nasty viruses and there's all sorts of other toxins that can be in the water — you can't tell by looking.

sometimes there's no choice what you drink. a young couple got lost on a bushwalk, and found themselves drinking from puddles in a creek bed — not good.

because you cannot be sure if your tap water is safe, you may wish to avoid tap water, including water or ice from a refrigerator ice-maker, which is made with tap water.

you may also wish to boil or filter your water, or to drink bottled water. processed carbonated (bubbly) drinks in cans or bottles should be safe, but drinks made at a fountain might not be because they are made with tap water. if you choose to boil or filter your water or to drink only bottled water, do this all the time.

my advise is better to ensure that your household will never be out of supply of filter boiled water. i use the water for drinking, cooking, or making ice.

boiling is the best way to kill germs in your water. after the boiled water cools, put it in a clean bottle or pitcher with a lid and store it in the refrigerator. water bottles and ice trays should be cleaned with soap and water before use. don’t touch the inside of them after cleaning. and for the sake of cleanliness and a healthy living, i prefer to clean our water bottles and ice trays myself.

with the thought of just trying my luck last week to do a sponsored blog post titled 'my favourite surfing spot~'; i am really lucky enough that it has been chosen as one of the first 100 valid entries... woot!

i submitted one for this week too (4th week), and i hope that it will be as good as the first one though ;)

now thanks to project alpha and nuffnang, i am RM20 richer! thanks to them too i have decided to stay active and get back into the blogging track as before no matter what. i also find that i could do it whenever (in terms of time and venue) i wanna: easy-peasy! ah! ain't the millennium world great(?)...

hey people!

omigosh! i abandoned you for so long... everyone kept asking me to update my blog and i am so sorry... hah! so here's some updates like what i could think off right now~

1. i have quite a number of back-dated blog post in my blog' draft folder. and as i mentioned many times before, that will be coming out no matter what. so please bear with me if you find them annoying.


2. my darling puteri and handsome megat are growing up fast! that most people really thought we are siblings instead of mother and her children. i know i know the last pic of them was seen here during the last hari raya. you could obviously look for it in the archives :)


3. i feel like shit now for many reasons actually.


4. i think i have turned into a fb and twitterholic; believe me its not a compliment. so this is the answer of why it's been quite some time i didn't blog warggghhhhhhhhhh!!!...


5. a friend and i opened a line dance studio since last 2 february. i am so proud of ourselves. i have created a blog here, but i am afraid its nothing much there yet.


6. i guess i lost my capabilities to learn german as i didn't get good support and encouragement from mr z. duh(?!!)...


7. i want new clothes.


8. i need a dancing shoes for me to enjoy my linedancing more.


9. i am loosing my patience.

i guess that's it for now. i donno whether i will post frequent updates but i will try my very best.

“It’s Krrunch Time, Get Playful!”

It's 4th day of Syawal! Some people already started working especially those in banking industry, and also some offices no matter in government or private sectors. While kiddos are still on Raya holidays until this Sunday! wohooo!!!... Better let them enjoy the “Krrunch” yo... Can't hassle them much also, not good occay?!!...

Basically my online timing was kinda off a bit during these days lor... I only managed to sign on around noon today. One of the "must" visit site is of course none other than my FB page. As soon as I signed on, I was like: "Oh my GOD!!!"...

A junior of my former secondary school typed this on her FB status: "Sat lg nak siap pg beraye kat umah Kak... tgh mkn cup cakes yg Kak... bg bawak balik semlm... yummy..." (translation: going to celebrate hari raya (eid mubarak) at kuE's house in a little while... am eating cupcakes now, given by kuE yesterday... yummy...).

Like I mentioned earlier, it's already 4th of Syawal now. We don't have much thingy to be served to them... there's no more lemang, rendang and what's not!

So I quickly grabbed my car keys and off I went!...

Check-out the clear blue sky people... Aren't we feel sooooo damn lucky to have this kind of weather during a festive season? It's way easy for us though to go and visit our relatives and friends. But anyhow I had an important mission to go through first!

The main road along Clifford School (yes, this is how local veterans called the school!) was smooth... kewl! I can't have much hope though, while tapping my fingers away on the steering wheel; with hope that the road will be just like that all the way...

And when I was about to reach the "Jam Besor" (Big Clock Tower)... Holy SH*T!!! Look at the traffic to/fro every corners of the roundabout junction people especially towards the Jalan (road) Kangsar (the 3 o'clock turning).

Then I headed straight to a local mini market. I searched everywhere, hi and low, and finally...

Thank God that there were only two tubes of Pringles left! *phew*

You people don't know of how happy I am until now, smiling from ear-to-ear seeing what I was thinking of. Whatever it is, at least there's something that nothing at all!

And now... I am all ready with my open hearts, waiting for my guest to be arrived!!!...

Besides that, of course I also have some Raya money packets to be given away... Hah! those in the pic below are mine actually, courtesy of my lil' sis and lil' bro hehee...

Hey! btw KL-Kualè is not that far ler... You will only take about 2.5 hours drive :)

i have just arrived from kuala lumpur around 7.45 pm or so. this time i went there by transnasional bus; easy as it is since i was alone... as you could see, besides that there are so many access to public transports i.e. lrt, commuter, monorail and such in the city in order for me to move about easily.

and when i went there, i didn't go for one particular reason only. in fact normally there were so many errands to do in a trip, no matter whether it was such a quick one or not. so puh-leaseee... it doesn't mean that i have to blog everything. for an example, don't tell me that i must blog about my appointments too, right. its rather confidential for me, so it will stay as it is. now i hope that i have clarified everything regards to one of my blogging styles *phew*

the day i thought about BlogDay!...

two days passed, i eventually remembered of "BlogDay" that falls on the same day with my country's national day just now only! walaweiii... :P

two years ago, i was so anxious to type a blog post for BlogDay 2007 when i pasted its badges in this blog. besides that i also blogged about it 10 days earlier! such events always make me excited enough especially when it involves other bloggers from around the globe.

to those of you who dunno, bloggers will recommend five (5) new blogs that they find interesting to their blog visitors on BlogDay. this way, all blog readers will find themselves leaping around and discovering new, previously unknown blogs. find out more about it here.

since i missed this year's BlogDay, i think i'll just give it a pass. i will make sure that i won't do the same thing in the future =)

of my blog purpose...

the main purpose of this blog when it first started was just as an online personal diary, nothing more than that. basically i wrote about whatever i feel like to write i.e. my experiences in life, my two lovely kids, my reviews on f&b places that we went, movies and many more... in other words, its a place for me to rant and released my stress and relaxed through writing. but one thing that i always bear in mind is NOT to touch on politics! full stop.

along the way i came across nuffnang at my first bloggers meet in penang. i guess that's how i started to share and try make money while blogging. then i have been invited to join socialspark; and the rest was history. believe it or not, i got more opportunities and of course incomes with socialspark than nuffnang. i know the answers to that, but i leave it for you to figure it out yourself hehee... nonetheless i really enjoyed my time at blogger events organized by nuffnang.

as i was checking my blog's statistics, i found out that i had a visitor from budapest in hungary who visited my blog via ok.hu —

my ubudiah mosque's pic attracted him/her to browse my blog weee...

so i guess this is important- where i was supposed to leave watermarks on my pics. you know... just in case someone stole your online pic kan kan... anyhow ya although it will take some time to do the process of leaving the watermark, definitely its for our own benefits!

i didn't blog almost a week. but that doesn't mean that i have abandoned this blog~ at least i did some blog editing here and there once in a while, since i got quite a number of blog ads opportunities and such by socialspark especially. if you are on socialspark too, do add me!

PPP is now on v4.0!!!

PayPerPost (PPP) is one of the more reliable paid blogging site for us bloggers. so far, i have been paid for the posts i have made for the past months. now, they have launched a new version of their system. PayPerPost v4.0 has gone live. it is quite different from their existing version 3.

in the new PayPerPost v4.0, there is no more waiting for blog approval and no advertiser-set price. i think this is good news for us bloggers. it means that you are the one to set the price as to how much you want to be paid per word you write and how much each link will cost the advertisers. you also can control which posts to accept for your blog. you just need to edit the blog details. another feature is that you can set the minimum advertiser’s rating. this is how many percent the advertiser has actually paid for the posts they reviewed.

i think the only downside is that you now need to have at least USD50 before you can cash out your earnings. you also cannot see other opportunities which are being offered. you can only wait until there is an open opportunity for you.

too good to be true...

i didn't blog at all yesterday but when i checked my blog's statistics, i found out that i still have visitors coming to my blog—

nuffnang turns 2!

i first knew timothy the co-founder of nuffnang at a penang bloggers meet held at e-gate' starbucks way on 25 february 2007. it has been organized by a cool dude LogicYuan. it was in fact the first bloggers meet that i have attended. even lilian chan was there, then i was like— "sooooo that's 5Xmom!"

i certainly enjoyed myself chatting and camwhoring with other bloggers mainly from penang. well i guess we camwhored more than chatting actually hehee... anyhow that's what bloggers do during a meetup and such right? correct me if i am wrong... and at times i heard they teased tim about 'nuffnang'. i was a bit puzzled though as i dunno a single thing about it yet, okay fine...

then it took me about a few days to find out about nuffnang. so i signed-up on 2 march 2007! to tell you the truth, i didn't generate much of all the years i joined nuffnang because i am just a humble blogger. when i first started this blog in january 2005, eventually it was totally meant as my online journal. i was rather curios of what would be happened if someone found my written journal. so that's basically of how this blog started. and of course a long the way i got to know more and more bloggers no matter locally or from abroad.

i could say that i am kinda tough. eventhough i didn't get much from nuffnang, but since i love what i am doing as a blogger, i try to participate myself in whatever opportunities i could that organized by nuffnang. i am more than happy! with events organized by them, i didn't enjoy them for myself only but sometimes i do shared them with my kids and like recently, i brought rizal to a premiere screening. go here to read more about nuffnang events that i have joined.

nuffnang sharing session @ the apartment downtown— i was so damn mad with this blogger who denied thoroughly when i told him/her(?) about nuffnang's history that i knew and how i knew tim. he/she(?) stressly said that nuffnang was launched sometime in october 2006... huh?!! duh!... eh halo... i know my memory is still very good occay? and that i felt like he/she(?) was trying to under discriminate me or something... blerk!

and tomorrow, without we realized it nuffnang will be turned two!

actually i came across this many times already. i realized that besides writing good blog topics or issues, your blog post' titles and contents are important as well. out of a sudden i could see my blog' traffic shoot up. sad to say that the wowzio.com widget didn't do much help. i found out about this from my sitemeter instead.

for an example, my recent blog post on "blogging & law" that i posted this morning must have made nuffnang decided to place eLaywer's leaderboard about the conference on my blog. thank you so much nuffnang mwahhh!!!...

eventually, not long before that i got some infos from my sitemeter that most of the traffic came from google.com! and by the search words of 'elawyer law conference 2009' wohoo... how kewl is that huh?!! what's more when my related blog post' link was on the first page ;)
