HELP!!!...

i wanted to browse a website from this morning but failed :(

this is the error message that i got~

anyone out there who could lend me a hand on this matter? i am sure that this can be done myself, but i just dunno of what to do. well it happened to a friend too, who did try to browse the same website. both of us are using maxis usb broadband. i wonder whether that's the cause of this failure.
