my oh my... i dunno what's wrong every time i wanna get online at TCB&TL. i always got problem with their wifi service. i dunno whether its my dell or TCB&TL' itself. i entered the username and password correctly but it still cannot be done ler... blerk! :P

there were a few incidence previously on last christmas eve, i had to 'kidnap' the wifi from nearby starbucks at the curve instead of TCB&TL'. and another at BSC, i had to do the same i.e. 'kidnapping' la bodega's wifi.

anyway i am right now blogging live from TCB&TL outlet in kl sentral, waiting for my aunt mazian. i have an appointment with her at 11am. my train back to kuale is at 2.23 pm. i had something on yesterday afternoon. then at night, i attended nuffnang premiere screening of punisher: war zone 2. i will write more about it when i am back. so to get an online access from here, i had to 'kidnap' wifi access from others also; this time via MRCB(?) :(

of why kuE lurves to lepak in BSC than any other malls—

i know i know... i ought to post about the great and successful "potluck with redmummy" event that i went with megat last saturday evening. at the meantime maybe you can read about it on redmummy's blog itself. congratulations dear!!! may you have more great one to come. i will try my very best to post my version very soon :)

as you could see people, BSC (view the official website here) is one of the oldest shopping mall in klang valley, other than subang parade, BB plaza and lot 10. i love to frequent all those malls since my younger years when i first started to step my feet in kl. and since then my most favourite one is always BSC!!!

oh why BSC? i guess its a very nice place to relax, chill and what's not... very nice ambiance i could say, not too crowded like any other, especially after its major revamped done recently, i like... they have improved their services a lot including the security wise, they are everywhere in the building i.e. parking area, lobby entrance and also on every floors. good job there!

i am right here at TCB&TL outlet, outdoor area. i feel so blessful. you can see many foreigners who like to come here as well. besides that, you could also see many celebrities like to be here too!!! i was here with a black friend yesteday. we had an early dinner at chili's. i saw rockybru! i didn't take pics ler plak, cuz i left my oly in the car. on the other hand, my friend dunno that i am a blogger ler... and juz now, the ever famous dancer azanin was sitting alone, a few tables away from me. while the day before, i was here with megat right after potluck with redmummy in putrajaya. my black friend joined us as well. see... kuE was in BSC three days in a row! hehee... also not to be forgotten, one of my MUST-go-place whenever i go to kl is right here in BSC!

now tell me people, do you like BSC too?

is it my dell' or TCB&TL' fault that i can't get easy access to the internet world direct from here. i am right now blogging from its outlet in BSC. and thanks a lot to la bodega! i dunno they have a wifi service... great!

its nothing that exciting happening today. i am actually relaxing at TCB&TL, the curve outlet with puteri, watching people walking around here on christmas eve' night. wifi service from here kinda s*cks tonight, and guess what people... i tried to get connected through starbucks connection instead! hehee... so if any of you are a frequent visitor to the curve i am sure you know of how far it is between CB and starbucks right? and i am so lucky that i chose to get myself a dell inspiron 1420. i will write more about this new gadget of mine when more time permits *big grin*

as for now, i would like to take this chance to wish everyone to have a very good and enjoyable xmas— don't drink and drive, do think about your loved ones! mwahhh...

i am now blogging from the coffee bean & tea leaf, kuching international airport outlet, waiting for my flight back to kl in about an hour time. it was such a great pleasure to be here, although it was for a short stay only. what with the great hospitality by Pretty Mommies and her other half. thank you so much to both of you from the bottom of our heart mwahhh...

i would also like to take this opportunity to thank the staff and management of singgahsana lodge for their nice and grateful service for us. they are sooooo friendly i tell you. i would definitely recommend the place to everyone i know. besides that, i would be back there also insya allah if happened that i will have another trip to kuching in the future.

we didn't waste our time at all while we were still there. after checking out before 9.30 am, we walked about to the row of souvenir shops for some last minute shopping while waiting for Pretty Mommies to pick us up. we waited for her at one of the shops along the main road. she brought us to the cat museum (right pic) then followed by the other three sarawak museums (below pics) i.e. art museum, ethiology museum and dewan tun abdul razak; there after we had our lunch in a malay restaurant.

we then stopped-by at a pottery shops. i did buy a ceramic vase though, to be given to a SKDK teacher as a wedding present on mid december if i am not mistaken.

alright then people, i guess that's all the time that i have now in kuching.

the test

puteri's ballet test, grade 3 ~ 23 mar. '06

i was not in the office for two consecutive days, people! yesterday i went to bring my puteri to ipoh for her ballet test. while the day before i was in prai for a seminar-cum-meeting with our rsm. so it was basically about work work and work.

yesterday's was more pleasure i guess hehe... we (puteri and me) headed straight to coffee bean for breakfast as soon as we reached ipoh. i then sms Leilanie to be my guest blogger. read her post here. well, i guess once in a while, we have to create something different yea...

we went to the dance centre at 10.30am. puteri's ballet teacher ms tan did her hair as soon as we arrived. i was supposed to meet V after i send puteri to the dance centre. unfortunately he was still in kl, still stuck on some stuff. that was fine with me i think because i was the one whose gabra giler, my heart beat was beaten so damn fast. while i saw puteri like so relaxed. puteri and her team went in the dance hall at 12noon. they completed exactly before 1pm *phew*. like past years, we didn't go straight back home, but we dropped-by some malls in ipoh- it was also a mother-and-daughter day out! now i leave you all people with some of the pics that i took yesterday ;)

So, I'm done with the 10am meeting with CXXX and the 12pm meeting with Bank MYYY, and am now happily typing away for kuE.

Then, I realised that I keyed in every single word - I spelled everything in full (look at the SMS above) .............. I crossed every single T and dotted all the I's; while kuE was just selamba-dek using all the shortcuts. No wonder I couldn't understand what she wanted me to do when I read her 1st SMS. hee hee.
But it's not her, it's just me. I'm such a %#$@&(*^#.
I admire people who can come up with such creative ancronyms.

first day

today is definitely not the first day of the year 2006. its the first day of schools lor... as what i understand from david, its the first day of schools for vancouver too. sorry, i'm not sure whether its for the whole canada as well. he can't comment anything here because he dunno that i have my own personal blog. in fact we have one together. maybe i'll tell this personally to my closed ones like leilanie, rose, sheryl etc. this is damn important as david really cannot know about this at all!

anyhow megat looked so damn nervous this morning. that was his first day of school in standard one. as usual, he would asked me so many q like why he has to wear the singlet, why can't he not tug-in his white shirt blah blah blah. hmm... i guess rose knows what i meant kan kan kan huh?!!... megat used to wake-up early so 6.30 is ok for him. besides i've already informed this to him wayyy months ago. he was so excited when i gave him a RM1.00 note for his duit belanja. i didn't wait for him in school. he just requested me to go there during recess time with excuse that, "i dunno how to use my money yet". i know its hard for him to cope with the new environment. its different from his kindy life. i told him that previously alan che che would served everything for him and the rest of his school-mates during makan but this time he has to find his way all by himself. i bought buku wang saku for him and puteri, in order for them to learn how to save money from now. megat didn't write his yet. i promised to teach him after i come back.

for my puteri, she managed everything herself. puteri is a big girl now, just turned 11 last 17 december. what i'm most afraid of is the upsr exams for her this year *duh*. i would definitely try my very best to help puteri to venture into her standard six life all year through. may she would be blessed with flying colours :D

awrite... didn't go anywhere yesterday. already told kids much more earlier that we need at least a day rest before they start schools. so its really a stay-at-home day yesterday. maybe i brought puteri to the local saloon in the evening for few hours, for us to manja ourselves there, just the two of us, mother-and-daughter ;)

our weekends were packed!

saturday- since bank opened 1/2 day, i still went to office to settle a few stuff. so tup tap tup tap... by 10.15, we left to ipoh. once reached kinta city (maybe +/-10.40, we headed straight to tgv. the first movie in-line was afdlin shauki's baik punya cilok at 11.05. ok lor... besides its 'U'-rated.

sorry to disappoint you guys but there will be no spoiler. but yet, i feel like to leave some few pointers regarding this movie. the comedy was simply hillarious; i almost laugh in tears especially the knife dodging training scene between awie and harun salim bachik.

the storyline depends on flashback scene to explain each character life in the past and believe me there’s lot of it. aben played by afdlin shauki even imitate cat ruffedge by dressing up like him and also have the same hair style. there’s also a bookie character (don’t know the actor name) speaking pure kelantan-english slang. now that’s really something to be heard.

unfortunately there something wrong with the flow of the story or what we call as the x-factor that makes the movie this good into something boring. and the mood is not consistent enough to generate excitement and feel to the movie. there are also many gaps in the humor that result in dull moments. i rather not explain, you have to watch yourself. we even skip king kong just to watch this movie.

thereafter, we went to mph. i love to browsing around the bookstore and encouraged my kids to do the same. we got some books from there too. then we went to jaya jusco to get puteri and megat's school stuff.

sunday- i wanted to get up as early as 5.30 or 6 to complete some chores before we went out again that day. but then i ended up woke at 7! ;) anyhow... we left home much more earlier around 9. this time we went straight to kinta city too but we just went there for breakfast at coffee bean.

we left there almost 11 for lost world of tambun as promised many weeks ago. i got our tickets last friday, printed from my very own samsung ml-1710 laser printer. well, i bought it on-line via sunway online ticketing service. blimey, its my first time there too! when we got there, i was so damn surprised to look at the ticket prices on the banner- RM21.00 for adult and RM16.00 for children under 13 years old. i was not surprised looking at the prices whether its expensive or not i dun care because i have already promised my kids. i was holding my tickets of 1 X RM17.00 for adult and 2 X RM12.00 for children. i was wondering whether i paid the right amount. then i thought to myself, never mind just q-up, we could figure that out with the staff later. so when its my turn, i showed the tickets to the cashier. she confirmed with me that i wanted to go in that day (the expired date of the tickets was 30 june 2006 i think). she then passed me my receipt and three tags for us to go in. we had to scan the tags. once we entered, megat was like, "wow... best nye mama. lain kali kita boleh datang lagi!". yea... we can my dear. we went to the changing room and change our out-fit. people were looking at me one kind only when they saw me wearing my swim-suit grr... like megat said, the place was really awesome! we really had fun there until we didn't realize that we were there playing with water for almost five hours plus. after our first meal at coffee bean earlier, we only had our next meal maybe at 5.45 at the ipoh garden's pizza hut. according to puteri, that place is much more better than bukit merah lake town resort. well i dunno because i've never been to its theme park yet. puteri and megat went there (bukit merah) before with cousin sarah and her hubby.

our last-minute of holiday together was really a good one. we will do it again next time. earlier plan was that i would spend my last weekend of 2005 in jb with a blogger friend. she wanted to bring me around to singapore as well. but i've to forget about it since i had to attend a seminar in seberang jaya on thursday evening. never mind friend maybe some other time yea...

yea... i'm back!!!

yes... i arrived home almost 10.30pm. started almost 6.30pm frm KD. lurvee driving during the chill cooooll weather tho' juz like last nite, so damn goood man... more cool when it started to rain. so i drove damn slow like 80-90 km/h. hmm... when talking about driving, that always reminds me that i still owe Zed "my don't drink and drive experience" ;) one day k...

anyhow if not because there's a discussion between parents and teachers at puteri's school this morning, i would have still be in kl by now lol. there will be some extra classes for puteri starting next month. this is a good initiative of the school teachers. puteri still in kl, enjoying her holidays. she will be facing the upsr exam next year, so thats why she is enjoying herself now.

i went to kl last saturday with megat and mom. for my kl trip this time, basically there were two important reasons i.e. first we went to cousin shanaz house-warming bbq party at putrajaya and the other, i met a very special friend for the first time! i didn't take any pics at shanaz's place. i dun have digicam. i also lost my purple colour nokia 7250i few months ago :( taraaa.... i still managed to put-up some pics of the party here with the courtesy from my cousin nivin. tqsm my dear.

alright... banking at rhb sj yesterday morning was really sucks. things that could be done within minutes, took them hours to settle. grr... so i decided to do the banking stuff at the other bank in pj next time instead. at least i have another good excuse for me to drive down to kl again lol.

anyhow my most important "to-do list" yesterday was my lunch-cum-blind date with a very special friend. guess who?!!... hehe... i dropped-off megat and mom at MV (hehe... midvalley lor..) then i drove straight away to jalan raja chulan. i parked my 4wd at the weld basement parking area, walk across to the opposite building. gosh... i forgot the name of the building tho' lol... our meeting point was at the coffee bean. i didn't see any sign of her so i joined the queue. suddenly she sms me that she was on the way down, so i decided to just wait for her outside the shop. i sat on one of the chairs when my staff called for some problems back home. suddenly... ah ha... leilanie walked right infront of me. i smiled at her and quickly end my fon conversation. we walked in, ordered some food and drinks (ya lor... lapo hehe...). we chat while eating our lunch. i felt so damn excited meeting leilanie for the first time. at one time, i dun feel like eating anyway because i was so truly damn EXCITED!!! but at the same time, my stomach was singing damn loud, so i decided to eat too rotfl... we talked about everything... our life, family, work, blogs, Zed (hehe...), etc etc etc. i tried to take pic of leilanie using my new nokia 6680 that i juz bought on sunday in 1u. unfortunately its not captured. i dunno what have i done wrong. i am so sorry kawan. hmm... that was the fact that i didn't read the user's manual yet lol... luckily leilanie brought along her digital camera too. looks like i'll post the pics here after she email me the pics as promised. i am soooo sorry again, kawan.

my... oh my...

i was sooo damn shocked after i unsealed an envelope from maxis earlier. guess what. my dd's total sms bill was RM157.20! while the total fon calls that she made was just RM11.97 instead. she just joined me here and i already explained to her (again) whats the do's and don'ts. i also told her that she supposed to understand our situations. well, i dunno whether this is my fault *grr...* of giving her a supplementary line for her birthday last year. she promised to follow my rules anyway *phew*

o yeah... i had some quality times with both of my kids yesterday. in fact i didn't even touch my workload, let juz my dad run the show :)

by +/-0915, we already reached ipoh, had breakfast at the coffee bean. actually kids wanna eat at mcD. oh no... kids these days alwiz want mcD! i have to convince them that the coffee bean also have some good breakfast meals i.e. my son's fav of scrambled egg. fuhh...

we then headed to the ipoh bowl, played three rounds of games for almost two hours. it was second time for dd and first time for ds. it was really fun to have some great times like this. ds even asked for more next time during weekends. alright son, we'll c...

the tough part... dealed with kids not to buy anything as we went out yesterday just to have some fun together. in the end we end up of buying some toiletries at guardian (thats fine), also new pair of shoes for both of them at timberland. hmm... luckily the malaysia mega sale carnival is still on till 4 september 2005, that ds and dd shoes were worth buying for 70% and 30% respectively hehe... looks like these ones are for raya! actually i was eagerly interested on one of the boots there, maybe i'll come back ;)
